    Hi,

In the market for a new integrated washing machine. Old hot-point model bhwdd74 has been making lots of banging noises when spinning, not sure if this can easily be fixed at an economical cost? Also it has started making some odd sounds while turning, not sure if the bearings are on their way out.

How many people are using the machine? 3
How many loads of washing per day are you doing roughly? 1
Do you line dry or use a tumble dryer? Line dry
Do you have size limits to what you can fit? No
Have you any special needs? No
What sort of budget you have. 800-900

Would appreciate any recommendations, looking for something reliable. Looked at miele, but they don’t do integrated so just have the regular Bosch, AEG, Neff, Indesit and Hotpoint options.

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks Don, tried checking the Miele site and a few others online, but nothing. Have they been discontinued?

I am tending towards this Bosch one as it’s got the extra 3 year warranty offer making it 5 years.

    The AEG

I suppose Bosch would be a better deal with the extra warranty?

Would you be aware of any draw-backs or reliability issues with any of these?

I am not aware of Miele having discontinued their integrated washing machines it may be that freestanding appliances are getting more production run time in an effort to catch up.

The Bosch or the AEG would be a good choice.
