    I live in Australia and have a model RFA54VX wall oven. There does not appear to be any distributers of Rosieres ovens in Australia nor are there any spare parts suppliers. When we use the pyrolyser cleaning system it quite quickly shows an E15 error message. A repair man said it was because the cathch on the oven door was faulty however he was not prepared to attempt to obtain a spare part. The oven door will open after it has cooled down although sometimes it trips the power in the process. Is there anyone that can advise or confirm the information we have and perhaps supply a part number if we need to obtain one.
    Any responses will be much appreciated. Roger

    part numbers should not be a problem as i have found the breakdown on the hoover site

    just need to know what your after

    door lock part no should be

    Thank you for this. It sure looks like what I want. It is unavailable in Australia but note it is available in the UK. Do you have a supplier you recommend that will ship to Australi? Really appreciate your assistance. Roger

    you could ask the site shop if they are prepared to do it

    Thank you for the suggestion Dave. So my question then is addressed to the site shop to see if they are prepared to ship the part I require to Australia. Appreciate any assistance with supply.

    So I guess I am at the end of possibilities unless someone knows anyone that is prepared to forward door lock part no s
    41014774 from the UK to Australia. My only alternative is to dump the oven for want of a part and purchase a new oven. Roger
