    Hi,
    We have a Zanussi DC17 slimline DW, which for the first time in its 10 year life has developed a fault. It won’t fill. It WILL drain, but it is silent after the initial sump empty at the start of the cycle. The inlet solenoid is working fine on the bench, and there appear to be no blockages on the shutoff valve (??) pipes on the top of the inlet valve.

    I can’t get my hands on a service manual, so can anyone offer anyother pointers please ?

    I have checked, as far as I can, the visible pipes and channels for any signs of blockage, but there are none obvious.
