This is something I don’t usually come across although appears to be increasing…
the customer says that the demand light is flashing but no heat.
I don’t know a great deal about it, I had a look at it and it appears that the fan heater is a complete kit that there are no serviceable part in it.
What are the usual issues with this built in Neff plate warmer?

in the one i have the draw is also a heating element powered from a connector at the rear
The one i have we ordered a new board but its mounting holes were different despite website listing the part no. customer is contacting siemens to find out why
if you do have to change the board price for the time to calibrate. saw the calibration sheet and wow thats going to be fun
