    Hey everyone,

    I need some help with my Neff S515T80D1G Dishwasher.

    For some reason unknown to me, my dishwasher has stopped taking it’s salt even though full. Obviously, the end result is poor.

    Can anyone please advise how I can fix this and any preventatives for the future?

    there is a regeneration valve that may have stuck

    not sure if it will throw up a fault code if the valve coil fails so you will need to check it

    Thanks Dave,

    There maybe a simpler solution though. My autistic son loves playing around with the settings on our washing machine and suspect he has moved onto the dishwasher. Is there a setting he may have changed?

    In any case, I’ll look into the regeneration valve.
