Neff double oven issue

    The top oven now refuses to go above 170 Celsius. I adjust the temperature to knob to show 200 but the light goes out and then comes back on to show 170.Any ideas what could be causing this

    I got an error 005, so I switched everything off, the clock reset and it’s working fine now
