    I have recently bought a Hotpoint heat pump dryer and tried using it on the eco setting but clothes come out still feeling damp. Please could somebody tell me if I’m doing something wrong?

    have you tried other programmes ?

    are they actually damp? as because of the low temperatures used, it will feel different from older heater type dryers.

    Have you looked in the manual as some dryers have an adjustment on the dryness level

    might just be cold as we have it in the garage. thanks for your help.

    since its in a garage check to see if there is a min operating temp and also beware of freezing in the cold weather as machine contains distilled water

    has nothing to do with your current problem but may stop future ones
