    Hi all

I’ve had this integrated dishwasher for about 3 years. It’s been a bit of a pain already to be honest because it’s got a ‘comfort lift’ lower tray which is on a fancy hydraulic lift and keeps getting stuck although it seems OK at the moment.

The issue now though is that I’m getting random ‘i20’ errors. This is a drainage error, but there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with the filters, drain hose, sump etc. It appear to be draining well enough, and I’ve cleaned out the drain hose. It doesn’t happen every time but just randomly strikes. I’ve read some older posts which sound very similar but no-one seems to have got to the bottom of it. Some people have previously tried replacing pressure switches, but given the intermittent nature I’d have thought if it was a switch failure it would be more predictable.

I think it’s out of warranty now and I’m loathe to pay AEG to come out, so I’d be very grateful for any thoughts.

the pressure sw has an air trap and tube
if these are blocked you would get same error

    Thanks

Whereabouts might the tube be? I’ve looked for a service manual for this particular model online but can’t find anything. I remember having a similar problem with a washing machine years ago where the tube had rubbed a hole in itself and the pressure switch never activated leading it to overfilling.
