    WIS24140GB/28
    Start/pause, 800 & 400 spin and end lights all flashing. Can’t seem to find this error.
    Anyone know what this is please?

    Enr number incorrect

    have you looked at brushes

    since motor problems are the first place to start check wiring back to the board and the board for damage

    have you tried a reset ?

    Ill have to check it out. Not sure how to do a reset on this one although I’m not sure it needs it as it will start. If put on spin it will drain and drum will turn for a bit then throw up the error.
    I actually got called out to it to sort out the filter as the customer had tried to open the filter but it wouldn’t turn and he broke it. I stripped it down (full of crap and a baby’s plastic spoon). Put a new filter cap on it and when I tested it this error was coming up. So I think the error was there and this is what lead to the customer checking the filter. So cleaned the brushes and refitted them as they were only 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} worn. But still the same.

    what happens on wash

    does it fill then drum turn ?
