    Hi guys, I have a Beko washing machine with the autodose system.
    the machine won’t take the softener?
    I have checked and changed the settings so it doses the maximum amount of softener, but it won’t take any!!
    Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

    i need a model number or commercial code to look up machine to see if there are any known problems
