Hello, we have the Rangemaster Classic 90. The wok hob does not light with the ignition, though it sparks and lights with a match. An engineer has said that the small crown on the wok hob has warped and is dangerous and we won’t be able to find spare parts for it. He also didn’t change the seal on the oven door, which is coming away, saying it’s not worth throwing money at it, we should just get a new one, from his employer, naturally.
    Is he right?
Update: it seems the cooker dates from 2001/2, though we bought and installed it new in 2008. It is now obsolete. *sigh.
