It is not a big thing but I paid perhaps an extra £2 to get an oven element (not from here I’m afraid) that said it was genuine AEG not a copy pattern part. I rather expected to get something labelled AEG or perhaps Electrolux. What came was an element marked E.G.O?

I notice several places do sell E.G.O as genuine so perhaps they are the official parts supplier for AEG oven?

Or perhaps I have been swizzed.

    Anyone know? Thanks.

£12 from spares4homes on eBay for an 18 year old AEG white under counter double oven. So I can’t get too worked up and will keep it but there is a faint principle of did I get what I ordered….

I supposed I should query the seller though I suspect they will just say it’s fine…

    Thanks for the thoughts.
