    Kenwood KSBSDIX16 American fridge freezer with ice maker in freezer door. Water coming through the dispenser fine, but no ice. No water coming into ice maker. Any ideas? Ice maker been replaced already.
    Checked the pipe and its not frozen or blocked blew from the two way water valve to the door . i bought a new ice maker from e spares also a compressor ecu as the compressor cut out . ive tried turning off for a few hours but nothing happens . any help would be great

    May be a little late however i too am having problems with the same freezer. E9 code is a malfunction with the ice maker sensor. Did you find a solution to your problem? I have no error codes but the freezer doesn’t appear to be cold enough.
