    Hello,

My Beko DPH8756W stopped working properly due this issue.
Basically with every program I use the water tank full icon keeps coming up on the display after 2-3 mins but the tank is empty!
I cleaned all the filters and when I open the small left bottom door(condensing unit filter)I found it flodded!!
I can’t understand how remove it and clean it but I wondering if the issue is related to the small pump on the back of the dryer.
I found the pump replacement but I don’t know if it’s the culprit!

    Thanks in advance.

by the tank you mean the draw but the machine means the tank at the bottom where the pump is to store the water before its pumped up

could be full of lint so worth looking at first

Think dave is spot on only thing that I would add is to give the condenser a good clean from all angles and when the condenser is out put your hand in the back and clean the fluff build up

its a heat pump unit as far as i can see so the whole condensor is not removable but has a filter unit at the front
