Hello,
i have a johnlewis electrolux freezer which dosen’t go lower than +12degrees celcius after we had a power cut. can you give any guidance on where to start. we have unpluged it and cleaned the back. turned the temperature up and down. the fan still works. i have changed the control panel which has made no difference.
