    Hi
    I went to repair a Neff double oven model number U1564SOGB/03 as the grill is not working.
    Tested all the elements and they are all fine, however when I use the selector switch to test it all out it jumps ahead to the next option ie when moving from convection oven to normal oven it often jumps to the grill and sometimes back again. None of the elements will heat up.
    Is the PCB faulty or could it be the switch?

    the possibility is some of the contacts of this switch are working at 5v and not 240v. with that in mind dirty contacts can play havoc at these voltages.

    try some switch cleaner

    Hi I have been back to this customer now and fitted a new switch. Still no heat to any of the top oven, the light comes on and the fan comes on when it should. Just no heat to the oven element or the grill element. Any more advise would be appreciated.

    looks like its got electronic control so i would check the relay for the elements on the board
