    We don’t normally work on Fisher and Paykell appliances but this dishwasher is in a property owned by our local council.
    It switches on, close the draw the red light flashes, press the start button the red light goes solid red but the dishwasher doesn’t start. No noise, no lights flashing.
    It is as if the DW draw isn’t closed? Also the tenant said it had been leaking.
    Any common faults? Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks Dave. We repair a lot of dishwashers but these are so different.

    but not too bad to work on once you get used to them
