Bosch Combi Microwave CMA583MSOB settings

Hi, i just purchased the above combi microwave, I was wondering if i can get some help with pre setting of cooking programs, especially for chips (fries), ready made frozen foods such as chicken schnitzels or fish fingers etc (basically any crispy crumb food from the freezer) and also a program for proper baking potatoes (Jacket potato, crusty from the outside and soft from the inside). My previous combi was Sharp, its 15 years old and it has all these pre-setting and i can’t imagine that the new and superb Bosch will not have these options as well. So far i tried a few options but it comes out either dry or soggy, very disappointed Please help !! xx
