Hello
Our old Miele prestige plus 6 has stopped drying clothes as it used to.
I’ve checked the belt tension and it seems OK, I’ve also removed the main drain rubber and nothing is blocked.
This only seems to happen on the main wash and we have to use the 8 minute drain spin programme to get dry clothes.
We are not overloading, have tried with reduced detergent, It spins at 1300 during the spin drain, seems to be OK if we just put one item in the wash.Any ideas what to try next?

there is a thin pipe coming off the pump that go to the top of the machine and split off in 2 directions
these get blocked with gunk and affect the drain times as they stop air locks

I’ve cleaned all pipes, did not spin fast on quick wash, but OK on spin/drain.
Qick is only 3KG and spin drain is 6kg, I wonder if a load sensor could be faulty, seems to empty water OK.check the owners manual to see max spin of the 2 programmes

its a W562, although on some programs it seems OK, we maybe coming to the conclusion that the detergent volumes maybe to high and causing more water but not enough for the light to come on.
Doing some further testing, and now wife is reading labels it seem some should only go in machine and some the dispenser.
I’m now awaiting feedback from the boss who is working through the programmes.
