Hotpoint Double oven – DHS53cx = No neons working

I’ve not visited this cx. just a phone query……. None of the neon indicator lights are working, the ovens work fine themselves its the fact that the lights aren’t coming on at all. Cx can’t say if they all went wrong together or seperately so not sure it there’s a complex reason why they’ve gone wrong or a simple one – normally the neon lights don’t go wrong, so I’m thinking of a more complex reason ???
