Akz 161/ix…..858516115030. Customer says those famous words ” Sometimes it works” but also says that temp setting keeps on changing back to default 160 after setting it to 220 say. No fault code coming up.

anything that goes back to default setting is normally a computer crashing

i would look at the board and see if there are any bulging caps. AC on a DC power rail can cause this
