    Been out to this machine, customer says it was filling and partially draining but no drum action.

    Checked the machine out, looks like the drum shuddered then stopped. No obstruction in the tank, the drum moved freely. Am I correct in thinking that the PCB module is to blame?

    board is possible but I not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} as to whether the hall sensor can also cause this
    they are cheap enough to take a punt as connect have a pattern one for less than £5

    Just a short note to say thank you. I can confirm that the pattern part Hall sensor solved the problem. It is worth trying this first before pointing to the board.
