I am scratching my head with this machine. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. Machine stops after fill, time resets, Start pause flashes but no response when pressed. Have checked heater (No apparent earth or continuity faults); control board (Top) no obvious faults; on board test of heater relay shows positive switching and normal coil resistance. Frustratingly upon reassembling it works – starts to heat continues with programme, only to abort at the rinse stage. No error codes but don’t know procedure to access diagnostics.
Heater NTC measures 8k at room temp and I wonder if this is within range – this is my main suspect at the moment.
I’m reluctant to blame the control module because after testing and reassembling the machine begins to operate normally, but fails again within one or two washes.
Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Thanks for your reply Dave. No sequence on Start /Pause light, it just flashes as though waiting for a press to start. NTC doesn’t seem too far out of range but I may try to find a replacement to see whether that’s at fault although it was a cold utility room so at 16deg 8k ohm is probably within range.
I don’t suppose you know the sequence to put it into test mode?

Machine sorted. Diagnostic showed 5F error. Checked data wiring continuity between main control module and motor module. Tightened plug contacts at each end. Machine back to normal. Many thanks for your help Dave.
