    Hello,

    ​​​​​​I’m hoping someone can help, we have a Lamona 3301 fan oven and grill and today it’s stopped working

    When we turn the oven on to any mode on the selector we get no heat or the grill doesn’t come on but the cooling fans come up. When we turn the temperature knob to any temperature and no mode is selected, the temperature indicator light comes on, when we select a mode (grill etc.) the light then goes off. The light inside the oven doesn’t come in at all

    The element at the back doesn’t come on and the element for the grill doesnt come on either in any mode, can someone help identify the fault please?

    the switch is the first thing to check

    Thanks Dave, is there anything on the function switch to look out for? I’ve had the panel out and it doesn’t look like anything has blown but I’m not sure how I’d test it

    your looking for burnt or broken contacts

    also when you say coolinf fans ( plural) there is only one cooling fan the other fan is inside the oven and i assume this does not run

    Thanks, I didn’t see any burnt or broken contacts on the switch but I’ll have another check.

    Yes sorry, the one cooling fan, the fan with the element at the back doesn’t come on

    from the tech info pay special attention to contact 7 which is second from rear

    i would say yes it looks burnt
