Good evening all,
Visited the above washing machine today, as my customer had reported an obscure programme problem.
She stated that on “some cycles,” the washer is performing perfectly, prior to randomly aborting and returning to the start of a cycle.
I checked and monitored a mixed wash cycle for 45 minutes, and all was fine. (fills, washes, heats, drains, rinses, fast spin…) completed cycle and beeped, along with “end” displayed.
Asked customer to monitor, as I was running late, having also looked at her noisy Neff dishwasher.
Called her to quote for a new dishwasher heat pump replacement, and she had run her washing machine on easy care (1:59) all fine @ 1:02 remaining, yet 20 min’s later had returned to 1:59…
She is adamant that the contents are warm, and wet when the above occurs, and upon carrying out a quick wash all is well.
Do I suspect the main board, or should I be looking/testing other possibilities?

long shot have you cheked heater as heater earth faults can do all sorts
if it does do it more on hotter programmes it could be anything thats affected by a constant 8A current including the socket
