    Help please.

    I am trying to source the charcoal filter for the above.

    I ordered one from Montpellier spares at an exorbitent cost of £17.00 plus VAT to give me a start in finding a cheaper alternative as our customer requires 30!!

    The Montpellier part number is 803222300050 which takes me nowhere on Google, I then tried Google by make and model to no avail. I don’t recognise the fitting as in the attached pictures. I spent some time yesterday going through filter pictures on Connect but got boggled and gave up. The size of filter is 175mm diameter and 25mm thick.

    I am hoping some nice person can point me in the right direction.

    Correct part number rDon but I can’t find one anywhere at all, it looks to be some mad Chinese thing that Repairtech have sourced for them.

    if you can open them you can buy the granules and refill

    Indeed but the genuine one is sealed. There is a Belling one which has the same fit at Connect, I will probably order one and see if it’s the right size.

    Our customer Exeter Uni want “quick fix” replacements.
