Customer reported her washing machine stopped with a EF3 error.
When we check out the machine it had water in the base operating the anti flood switch.
Cleared the water from the base now it won’t fill.
You can set a program and press start – door locks – the motor turns clockwise and anti clock wise – the display timer doesn’t count down – will not fill – after 2 or 3 minutes it goes into pause and the door unlocks.
The washing machine is just over 2 years old.
Anyone had this fault?
