Neff Dishwasher drainage issue

    Hi everyone,

    i hope you can help me.
    I have a Neff ENR:S51T69X2GB/43 FD:9106
    which only seems to drain on the quick wash.
    On all the other washes it leaves about a litre and a half of water in the base at the end of the cycle.
    All the pipes are clear and it drains perfectly when manually resetting the PCB.
    I changed the pump just in case to no avail.
    I’m not sure what’s steps to take next.
    What do you think it could be?

    no reason why one programme pumps out better than another

    is there excessive foam on the normal programmes that will impede the pump ?

    Doesn’t seem to be,it’s a mystery to be honest.
    I’m starting to wonder if it’s not finishing the cycle correctly as the soap isn’t always completely dissolved.
    no error codes appear though.

    I’m starting to think maybe the temperature turbidity sensor in the sump is faulty but I’ve never had to change one before.
    has anyone ever had issues with one of these,if so did replacing solve the issue.

    I’ve ran 2 cycles,the quick wash gets steaming hot and completed however the Auto got warm in parts with a cold rinse and leaves the water in the base at the end.

    well fault is a bit odd
    there is nothing that links the symptoms unless its intermittant and seems to be following a pattern but its not

    Thanks for your replies Dave,I’m thinking a dodgy heat relay or maybe the turbidity sensor.
    The problem is they’re expensive to replace so I’ll have to see what the owner of the dishwasher wants to do next.
