    I have one of these machines that the dryer is playing up on and would like to put it into the diagnostic mode to check out any error codes but can’t find out how to do it. I have tried the usual two end buttons with no joy. Does anyone know the sequence to get it into the diagnostic mode please?

    Been back to this today and it’s showing an E72 code. The manual shows it as an output drying ntc failure.
    Does anyone know where this ntc is located please? It lists two but doesn’t say which one is which.

    it will be this one
    1328301013

    will be in the drum for the return air
    check for broken wires etc
