    Hello.

    Blomberg integrated washing machine.
    LWI28441
    19-600275-01

    Customer complained machine tripped.

Upon visit, no drain action… pump impeller not jammed, no buzzing, continuity check through empty pump ok.

Guessing this is fed via the control module behind selection panel as opposed to motor PCB?

Any ideas where I can purchase board, please? Connections show out-of-stock.

Have had major issues in past ordering Beko spares from one house official.

    Many thanks

have you carefully checked pump coil

    Hello Dave.

    Thanks for replies.

Yes, I removed control board and visually inspected for damaged tracks/components. There want anything. No domed capacitors, no roof-blown-off chips/triacs.

I metered the pump terminals. It wasn’t open circuit and no hum.

Ideally would place my voltage testers on pump feed terminal, but the they’re too bulky and don’t fit into the terminal slots!

Thanks for the info regards KN3 and eBay link.

I was thinking that the pump coil may be faulty and pulling too much current and sometimes when triacs blow there is just a blemish where they over heated

if you want more tech just ask but will need your email

Fitted eBay control module and new empty pump – still no drain action.

Waters fills, drum rotates etc, but will not drain.

If I select spin + pump, door locks, machine does drum distribution rotation, but simply doesn’t energise pump.

with water in tub spin and drain doesn’t end.

After manually draining water through filter, spin and drain will end.

So, don’t think pressure system is at fault.

    I’m stumped!

Broken wire from the board to the pump? I had a Beko that jumped and the concrete block broke the wire that runs down by the door interlock.

    Thanks ray.t

This is my next port of call. Was time strapped today so just left it in a huff!

It’s really the only thing left!!!

The wires that feed the pump are micro-thin, so it’s more than likely.

    Cheers ray.t

Was indeed wire chomped by weight beneath door lock. The plastic tie had been damaged, subsequently loom move wrong side of cabinet channel.

Bit embarrassed this took me so long. Just when was the last time I had a broken wire… Years!
