Hotpoint WDL520 fault

Hello,

I have a hotpoint wdl520 and has some error codes show up and hope someone could offer some help on this, it was on a wash cycle and seemed to be on for a while and didn’t finish early, I didn’t pay attention to when I turned it on or turned it off, but I thought it was on for the normal length of time. But when I went to empty it the lights were on and some were flashing.

The super wash, extra rinse, mini load, slow spin and start pause are all flashing.

Then the vertical LEDs

Wash Off
Rinse Off
Spin On
Dry On
End Off
Door Lock On

I didn’t have the dryer function on so a bit confused why it would have a dryer fault. I also changed the brushes 3 years ago if that would make a difference.
