Customer reported that it was showing – – display message, the buttons were not responding. I carried out a reset by turning off the mains then press P and turned the power back on. The buttons started to responds and the display is reacting ok. I then selected quick wash to see if it is working properly, closed the door and the dishwasher pump came on then the display light started to go weird, flashing all over the shop.
the customer is unable to explain what happened prior to the malfunction as I was hoping for some clues so I have nothing to work from other than investigate further. Would the module be malfunctioning?

then click mediator and its in there

Found the mediator. Couldn’t find anything relating to the fault that I am seeing. Will make another visit and attempt to do a test sequence to see if it throws up fault to give me some pointers.
