Cooling fan (blowing air between gap of upper and lower doors) doesn’t turn off after use, unless turned off at the mains.
Stoves integrated double oven.

Did find ‘fan control PCB module’ (#5045383553052 @ connect). Is this the sole device for controlling cooling fan?
Unfortunately, I didn’t have my workbench to look inside, as installed at chest height.

I don’t know about this particular model but typically with the Stoves ovens the cooling fan comes on as soon as a oven control is turned on and will run for a further 15 minutes after the controls are switched off, they don’t usually have any form of thermal switch for them, assuming that this is the case and that the rest of the oven works fine then the board is almost certaintly at fault in this case.

had these control boards fail to turn on the fan ( usually cased by capacitor on the board that failed) not had noe yet that wont stop it . Bur there is always a first time
in this case ir can be one of 2 things
A ) a failed control triac on the board
B ) the board works by taking a live feed from each control to trigger the board timer. It could be the contact has failed in the control knob so there is a permanent live on the trigger input of the board. you should be able to disconnect all trigger wires and see if the fan stops. then introduce them one at a time or check to see if anyone is live
