Customer reported the top of the WD was hot and the top of the inner drum was hot.
The washer dryer was plugged in and the socket was switch on but the control function knob was in the off position.
It hadn’t been used for 5 or 6 hours.
It sounded as if the dryer element had come on while the control know was in the off position.
When I tested the WD it worked perfectly.
What was strange is if the dryer heaters had switched on I would have thought the heater in line over cut outs would have tripped. They hadn’t.
    Anyone have any ideas?
    Anyone got a circuit diagram?

Hi Dunston, if you send me your email I can send you the manual, But I am with you on the fact that IF the dryer element had come on without the dryer fan running it would of tripped out the safety thermostat’s on the dryer housing. I have had them trip out if the fan gets slightly blocked. Regards Neil
