    Hi all I have a hoover dx c9tcg-80 and selected the wrong language when setting it up. Does anyone know how to factory reset or change the language on it as I can’t find it anywhere online or in the manual. Cheers for any help you can give me

    you might have to ring Hoover

    there is no mention of Language setting at all in the instruction book
    and no mention in the tech notes on how to change or reset it
