    Hi all

I am trying to locate an element. Connect Patern no. is ELE3699.

Must be a duff batch, had three that are all low insulation 😥 . (yes have tried to dry them out with no earth connected and still no good).

Has anyone else had probs with these ? Qualtex pattern would suffice or even genuine! , according to Connect though this is no longer available ❓ (took it off backorder without so much as courtesy call 👿 )

It is the top oven bottom element, Model no. Tricity ONYX 953M

ELE3699 is still available from Connect but they are obviously old stock and of no use to anyone by the sounds of it.

Try ordering one form Qualtex ELE805 or Masterpart TY14112

If you have no account etc, give me a shout I can get one for you from either.

    Dave.

Dave , I`ve just been on the Masterpart website and I don`t think the part no. mentioned above is correct .TY14112 is a base element.

You may find this element has been discontinued by everybody. Was only manufactured by Backer, until they decided to increase the prices last year and we didn’t think that anyone would want to pay such a price for such an old element. Was our reference Part number 5526.
