Displayed 88 88 after switching back on, with the middle horizontal segment of the third digit flashing (NB on the older RS21s etc faults were indicated by segments of the 2nd and 4th digits). Info I can find suggests power spike when it was switched back on, and I was able to clear the 88 88 and return it to the usual display. Just slightly concerned about the flashing segment, and whether it’s indicating a fault not related to the power spike. Reason I was attending the machine was water accumulating in the salad tray. As far as I could work out, it’s due to a saturated rear cover freezing and causing ice to form on its outer surface (although it hadn’t started with the signature noisy fan), then trickling down into the salad tray during defrost, and I am expecting that renewing the rear cover (should one ever become available from Connect) should cure the problem. But any info/reassurance re the flashing digit would be much appreciated. I’m pretty certain I re-attached the sensor and fan connectors properly on reassembly.
