    Hi,

    Our Beko ASNL551B has stopped making ice. The tray is empty of water (we have water in the container in the fridge door).

    When I power the freezer off then on again, after about 30 seconds the arm moves down a little and the tray tilts a little then returns. They only move by a few degrees, certainly nowhere near the full range.

    We’ve already replaced this unit (2019) so it isn’t that old.

    Any ideas onhow to proceed?

    We’ve investigated further and there’s no water either so it’s not an ice maker issue.

    When we press the water dispenser tab, we can hear the pump but no water flows. How do we fix this? What is the procedure?
