I’ve been to look at this machine which is not washing well. The wash pump sounds laboured and with the door open, the lower spray arm produces dismal 2″ high jets. (All the symptoms of the pump impellor having come loose but I’ve never seen that on a heat/pump assembly and the motor does appear to be running slow.) I considered connecting an old heat pump with a failed heater to test, but this one has a 4-wire feed so I guess it’s configured star not delta, so that plan failed. Figured such a fault could be motor or module. Can anyone throw any light on what might be the cause of such a fault?
    TIA.

    have you checked for blockages

if you remove the plastic peice in the sump where the water goes to the wash motor and mop water out you can use a mirrior to look at the impellor imput

had one the other day with same symptoms and it was a peice of plastic. hooked it out with a peice of wire and all was well

I’ve had a few of these where the front section of the impellor becomes detached. I couldn’t see or feel it through the inlet. Check for a blockage first, if you can’t find anything it’s likely to be the impellor.
