    Hi,

    I’ve just been to have a look at this zanussi dishwasher de 6850. The customer says it goes through the programme but does not heat. I had a look and it doesnt appear to heat, but cannot say without staying for 1 1/2 hours to see if it finishes or not. I’ve checked the heater, its reading ok.

    Does anybody have any idea before i tell the customer the obvious, progammer – pcb.

    Hi

    There is actually a 16 min test routine for this machine, PM with e mail address and and pickies may appear 😉 no heat should produce an error code.

    Hi,

    I thought the same, that it should put an error code on the machine, but the customer told me it just finishes the programme as normal but all the pots are not dryed and there is no heat.
    Thought this was strange until i tested for heat and got nothing. When it shoud be heating i’m getting 2 lives at the heater.
