Hi All, My sister has this washing machine and it works fine until it finishes it cycle.

She told me that it only works if she removes the plug and blows on the plug pins.

Obviously I laughed at this, today I’ve looked at all the electrical connections and all seems fine. I left with it working but again after the program stopped she said she has to remove and blow, I asked her to just remove the plug and touch the pins with her hands. She said that worked too.

I think somehow it might be a electrical discharge issue and by her touching the pins discharges maybe an electrical charge and gets the machine working.

Or maybe just by unplugging resets it, however she insists blowing the plug makes it work, crazy yeah

Can anybody recommend any fixes and solutions?

    Thanks

have you got a model or better a Pnc number

did she try just turning off the plug switch, counting 10 and turn back on ?
