    When I enter test mode all functions work, but outwith the test function when I select spin drain nothing happens same at the end of a wash cycle, any clues would be great

    Assume Model should be WM5100W

    does not make much sense does it as it uses the same components either way so if one works the other should

    Thanks Dave, its a bit of a puzzle,the customer is using it as normal and showed him how to get it onto spin, its a fair age so he is getting a new one
