We noticed the conditioner was being rinsed from dispenser compartment during the wash. The dispenser tray dispenser tray etc, all flowing fine. Only small amount of conditioner, no max fills.
Watched the machine start with tray removed – during prewash some water was also flowing above conditioner section. Prewash section getting water as expected at the same time. Main Wash Fill stage only had water entering above main fill section, none above conditioner.
Tray area visibly clean, gave the inlet area at top of drawer a good clean. Still doing the same.
Anyone advise on how to rectify this please?Thanks for replying.
Just tried a few starts with varying flow. With minimum flow it’ll get a trickle in the very rear of conditioner section and none in prewash, gradually increasing flow provides water into prewash section and a small increase in conditioner section with water now mostly entering at front holes of conditioner. All prewash holes are flowing water, no blocked ones. No flow adjustment fully isolates water from conditioner section.
