Control ring keeps falling off.. is the problem likely to be the £32 control ring or the £280 facia it fits into or both? no obvious damage to either

without the model have no ref to what your talking about but you need to look at both parts carefully and try to figure out what holds it on

often its a small plastic lug or something like thats snapped and its so small you dont see it at first
