Hi All,
Our 4 year old Bosch Serie | 8 Heat pump tumble dryer 9 kg is not getting even slightly warm.
All the lights are on, the drum spins and air circulates (fluff is getting into and around the filter) but even just a couple damp towels are exactly the same after 3-4 hours. Its well used, I would estimate probably 2 loads a day, maybe even more.I have read a few other posts on the forums about this model, including the excellent post by Blighty a few months back (https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/forums/forum/public-support-forums/help-and-support/tumble-dryer-help-forum/878048-bosch-serie-8-wtw87560gb-02-not-drying-on-auto) However I don’t believe this is exactly the same issue as our drum is not even getting slightly warm.
Any ideas?
sounds like the compessor is not running or if it is then its an expensive problem
take the side off and see if compressor is getting warm
