I have a Beko DTGC8011W tumble dryer and the capacitor has gone on it. I have got a replacement capacitor, but when I opened the dryer side panel, I can see the motor, but cannot see the capacitor. There is no inspection panel on the back of the dryer either. Does anyone know where the capacitor is located or have a repair manual, so that I can find the capacitor and replace it?

I have seen videos for other models of Beko dryer, but cannot find anything for this particular model.

I don’t think it’s worth getting someone to come at look at the dryer, as it would cost more than 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the price of a new dryer.

    Any advice/help much appreciated

Thanks Much appreciated. Was thinking along the same lines as I can see what looks like the capacitor, but not figured out how to get to it. I did unscrew about 4 screws after removing the side panel, but could not take the enclosure out, as it was surrounded by cables. It seems is be enclosed in a metal enclosure. I’m sure there must be a quick way of removing it??
