Trying to replace faulty thermostat on HMB312AAI fridge freezer. Thermostat midway in appliance. I can get to Thermostat wiring etc but cant figure how to remove phial. I’m guessing there must be another way other than just pulling it from the front. Any ideas appreciated. [TABLE=”border: 1, cellpadding: 1, width: 500″]

Thank you for your reply. Yes have defrosted. Its frozen up again at min though. Do they usually come out as normal when they like this in the middle of unit?

Thank you. Yes, I,m sure that’s all it will be with the new one but the old wont pull out was just wondering with this model is there something I’m missing.

Sorted. Was just stuck. Push back and forwards after squirting some washing liquid down the tube it was in did the trick…. Not attached anywhere else in this model.
