    I wonder if anyone can help
    a couple of days ago my tumble dryer got stuck mid cycle, trying to press every button did not work so unplugged it, after plugging back in it did not turn back on bit eventually got the code St: C/5t: C on the screen, pressing the start button then went through different modes including one where all lights flashed and another where it went through every error code until eventually back to normal after going through a cycle to test it, it has happened again today but now only the power button works

    Any ideas?

    when you say it did not turn on what exaclty happened ?

    does sound like you had it in a test programme , did it show an error code that was current ie what it thought was wrong now

    When unplugging and plugging it back in the dryer will not switch back on, the only way of getting any life in to it is pressing and holding the on/off button which shows the same st:c code on the screen

    does sound like a board fault

    you could check the board for blown capacitors as a lot of these units are only on standby when off

    if you leave it plugged in does it turn on after leaving it 10 mins or so ?
