Hello, I’ve just purchased your equivalent cooker and oven grill regulatorSKU: 3350035 for my Britannia cooker. The old regulator only had 2 terminals and this one has 8. Could you tell me please which 2 terminals to connect to ?

Also there is a brown wire which is terminated inside the old regulator. Where should I terminate this ? and is there a terminal for the earth ?

    Thanks

No plate regulator has just two terminals on it. Most Britannia grill ones are regulated by the oven thermostat.

But what cooker is this for please, we’d need the ART etc to check it for you. As explained here:

Hi thanks for reply. This is the oven regulator. Tried to upload pic showing the 2 terminals but it won’t let me. First it said had to be less than 2MB so resized pics and tried again but then it said they have to be less than 19.5 KB !
Number plate has no ART number but it says
    Nr.2003
    MOD:SI-E9T-MB-CH
    03360647
    Hope this helps
    Cheers

If that cooker is what I think it to be then it’s a dual fuel one with a gas hob and two electric ovens (no separate grill) that doesn’t use a regulator like that.

But you may be better to do this by email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk as the image restrictions will not apply there.
