There is water coming out of the soap dispenser. when its filling…I have checked the hose from dispenser to drum (no blockage) although it appears there is a water buildup in dispenser ie not going into tub fast enough….l could change the fill hose but not sure it will solve it…anyone come across this problem..cheers

model is HBWD 8514DC-80 not HBWD 8DC DC-80 as you have above
no mention of any problems in tech
